Injection Moulding

There is a wide range of machines available for injection moulding, the largest having a 150 tonne clamping force. Caps, lids and plugs are produced to suit our various containers. We also specialise in designing, toolmaking and custom moulding of specialty products. Products can be designed from an initial idea or model. Prototypes and 3D simulations are also available as required.

Blow Moulding

In blow moulding the container size ranges from 20mls to 10 litres. Various shapes and models are available from the current stock line as well as custom moulding for individual customers. Various closures including caps, lids, sprays, pumps, etc are also available. All equipment is contiually upgraded to meet cuurent industry standards. Containers can be designed from scratch and tooling and prototypes made to meet all our customers needs.
