Welcome to Plas-Pak
Since 1982, we have been manufacturing premium plastics from our Perth facility. We specialise in the manufacture and distribution of rigid plastic packaging and plastic engineered components, all fully compliant under the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification rules. Our product range services a variety of industries — from food and pharmaceuticals to agri-chemical and mining. Our standard packaging includes: • Plastic bottles • Plastic jars • Plastic shaker packs • Plastic jerry cans We also supply all the associated plastic caps, lids, pumps and sprayers. Our manufacturing facility in Perth spans 4,500 square metres and provides full service plastic packaging and injection moulding. This includes everything, from concept and design to manufacturing and delivery. As one of Australia’s premium plastic packaging suppliers, we maintain a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. It is this progressive thinking that has seen us grow our customer base across Australia and New Zealand.
Our Company
Plas-Pak is an established plastic manufacturer located in Malaga, Perth, Western Australia. Our manufacturing plant and warehouse facility cover over 4,500 square metres.
We provide a standard range of plastic packaging, as-well-as bespoke plastic products, to clients across Australia and New Zealand. What separates Plas-Pak from our competitors, is our ability to provide a complete service — from the initial idea, right through to the delivery of a finished product.
Our customers come from a variety of industries including food and beverage, agriculture, automotive, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical. In fact, we’re able to supply any business that needs to safely package liquid or powder products.
All of our products and procedures comply with HACCP certification, which is reviewed annually.
At Plas-Pak, we’ve long been committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. In 2016, we installed a 100 kW solar PV system through Infinite Energy. This initiative saw us not only reduce our carbon emissions, but also our energy costs.
Another part of our commitment to protecting the environment is our connection with the Australian Packaging Covenant. As a signatory, we adhere to the guidelines set out by the Australian Government which focuses on minimising waste, increasing recycling and developing more sustainable packaging.
